The goat milk comes from our very own dairy goat herd. Our herd is comprised of Nigerians Dwarf Goats. LaMancha's, and Fainting Goats. Here on the farm, we hand milk our goats.

Currently, we are not able to accommodate people coming to see all of the animals. In addition to this business, we also both work "regular" jobs.

As of now, there should be a "best by" date on all products. This best by date does not have to do with the product going bad. Soap can last many, many years. The body butter is shelf stable for, at minimum, 2 years. The lotion and lip balm have a preservative in them that gives them a good shelf life of at least 2 years.

However, I use the phrase "best by" because I only use essential oils in all of our products. Especially in the body butter, lotion and lip balm, that scent can dissipate. My best by date is keeping this in mind and is when the product should still be at its peak scent, consistency, and healing properties.

Yes, you can return a product if there is something wrong with the one that you received. There are no returns on items that are "unwanted". In order to process a return, please reach out via email/facebook messenger/text with item description, pictures, order number, etc. There is a 14 day return policy.

Currrently, our farm is not organic. To call a farm organic, you must be certified organic. That is not in the cards for us at this point.
