- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Custom or seasonal items may require additional time. We’ll notify you if there’s a delay.
๐ Shipping Methods & Rates
- We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
๐ Domestic Shipping
- Domestic (U.S.): Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.

- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
- If you don’t receive tracking within 7 days, please contact us.

- We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
- There is FREE "farm stand pickup" for our customers that are close enough to pickup their order.

Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
- **Non-returnable items** include:
- Custom orders
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads
- To initiate a return, email us at fisherfarmandcollc@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
